Mama & Baby Yoga

FULLY BOOKED Winter Block: 23rd November - 21st December
A fun and relaxed class to switch off and spend some quality time with your little one. Suitable for those with no yoga experience and regular yogis. We will start with some calming breathwork, nourishing stretches, safe and gentle movement for you mama, to support you on your postpartum journey. Then you will do some yoga stretches with your baby, involving lots of songs and rhymes to have fun together while developing their motor and communication skills. Finishing with gentle baby massage and some calm and connection, you both will leave feeling more relaxed. Classes will be flexible, I work around you and baby, so you are free to feed, change, tend to their needs at any point. Small, intimate group numbers to allow me to give you more attention and work with your individual needs. We will end each class with tea, treats and a closing circle for you to connect with the other new mamas in class. I will encourage you to spend some more time with the other mamas and babies after class, hopefully forming new friendships and support along the way!
I usually recommend Mama & Baby yoga from 6 weeks if you have a vaginal birth with no complications and from 10-12 weeks if you require any interventions during birth, including caesarean section (or until a health professional has cleared you for exercise). Please contact me if you wish to discuss this further. Classes are suitable for newborns to crawlers.
Where: Classes will be held in the lovely boutique Chatsworth Studio in Cheam Village. Address is The Chatsworth Studio, 12 The Broadway, Cheam, Surrey, SM3 8AY. Please note, there is no parking on site but lots of options in Cheam Village available. There is also limited space for pushchairs in the studio so please consider bringing foldable pushchairs, car seats or baby carriers instead. If you bring a pushchair there is space to leave them outside but please consider bringing a cover in case of wet weather and something to secure the pushchair to the available bike locks.
When: Classes will take place weekly Thursday mornings, 10:30am-12:00noon.

Price: £68 for full 5 week block. All booking must be made in advance. Only pay once for twins!
Cancelation Policy: I teach these classes in blocks so if you miss any classes I'm afraid you will not be able to carry them over to other courses. However, you are welcome to send a friend in your place who may benefit and is interested in the class in your absence. Due to the small class numbers, I am unable to offer a refund for the full block unless the place is booked by another client. If you are unable to make a class or need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.

I offer private sessions of Yoga as well as Pregnancy Yoga, Mama & Baby Yoga and Baby Massage. For individuals and families looking to dive deeper into yoga practice or have some more personal input. Private sessions can be arranged in person or online, whatever best suits you.
I also offer private group classes if you have a group already formed, such as your antenatal group. In this scenario I can offer a reduced group price if you have a space we could use for the classes.
