Lucy Jane Wellbeing is based at the Chatsworth Studio in Cheam Village. All classes are aimed at supporting you and your baby's physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The atmosphere is welcoming and calming. You will leave feeling more grounded and empowered, having gained new skills to support yourself and your growing family. Suitable for beginners and regular Yogis, recommended from 14 weeks of pregnancy. For those looking for some tools, clam and connection on their journey to motherhood. Closing circle with tea and treats each week to gain support and build relationships from other mums to be. Classes will be 80 minutes long and will take place weekly during the block. Next 5 week Course: 7th January - 4th February
Suitable for newborns 6 weeks and older. Across the five week course, you will gradually learn the different strokes to offer a calming full body massage to your baby. You will also learn a specific routine to support any tummy troubles including gas or colic. A simple sequence of gentle movements to support babies development will also be taught. Weekly relaxation, insightful discussion topics and chance to connect with other new parents.
